During 2018, I’ve read some truly eloquent and beautifully crafted books. This post will focus on romance novels, which account for a majority of the books I’ve read in 2018. However, I did read other excellent books including an Icelandic suspense series by Yrsa Sigurðardóttir. Looking at my top choices, I realized 2018 was dominated by contemporary romance. While I did read historical and paranormal romance through out the year, a majority of those books were a continuation of authors I already follow. I would like to give a shout out to the new-to-me authors that I read in 2018. Looking at the list, the data from which came from my 2018 Goodreads, it looks like I achieved my goal from 2017 of reading more diverse authors.
